Through its recognition programs, Impact Awards and CREW Catalyst Award, CREW Network is providing a platform to recognize outstanding professionals in the commercial real estate industry.

Important! Please read before nominating

1. All nominators must create a Survey Monkey Apply account and verify their email address before submitting a nomination. This is the same platform that was used in 2024, so if you have an account from last year, you can use that again.
2.  Nominees can add a collaborator(s) to their nomination form. This is useful for nominations requiring collaboration and multi-user access without those users needing to share a login account for access.
3. Download and review the award criteria and questions before proceeding.

5. Save and exit your nomination form at any point during data entry and log in later to add, edit, or submit.
6. It is recommended that you write your essay responses using a word processing software and then copy/paste them into this online application.

Award Nomination Timeline:

• Nominations are accepted February 10 - April 1, 2025.
• Nominations are reviewed by the CREW Network Recognition Committee between April 9 - May 23, 2025.
• Winners will be recognized on October 8-10, at the 2025 CREW Network Convention in Austin, Texas.
